Descripción del empleo

Estamos en búsqueda de un  Project Manager  que apoye con laplanificación, coordinación y supervisión de la ejecución de proyectos de marketing, para garantizar que se completen con éxito, dentro del presupuesto y en el plazo establecido, definiendo los objetivos y alcance del proyecto en colaboración con el cliente y los equipos internos de la agencia.
 

Responsabilidades del cargo

Desarrollar un plan de proyecto detallado que incluya la asignación de recursos, el cronograma de actividades y los hitos clave. Coordinar y comunicar eficazmente con los equipos internos y externos involucrados en el proyecto para garantizar la alineación en cuanto a los entregables y plazos. Gestionar los riesgos y problemas del proyecto de manera proactiva, identificando y resolviendo posibles obstáculos que puedan surgir durante la ejecución. Realizar un seguimiento del progreso del proyecto, asegurándose de que se cumplan los objetivos y entregables acordados, y gestionar cualquier desviación del plan original. Organizar reuniones de equipo y delegar tareas Realizar reuniones con clientes y proporcionar informes de estado. Integrar los comentarios de los clientes en el flujo de trabajo del proyecto. Monitorear gastos y proporcionar informes financieros Realizar revisiones finales y gestionar procesos de traspaso. Evaluar proyectos después de su finalización para detectar mejoras. Proporcionar capacitación y desarrollo a los miembros del equipo.

Conocimientos técnicos Debes contar con habilidades de liderazgo, servicio al cliente, análisis, negociación, planeación, seguimiento, experiencia en grandes anunciantes y dominio de las herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
