Aplicar las mejores prácticas clínicas basadas en la evidencia científica en el manejo terapéutico de los pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica y aguda atendidos en la Red Nacional de RTS bajo la supervisión del médico nefrólogo, alineados con los estándares mínimos de habilitación, indicadores clínicos y de calidad, acordes con las metas corporativas y código de ética médica.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter:

Construir Procesos de automatización de informes, especialmente del área Clínica. Implementar informes tipo MSC a nivel clínico para el análisis de los resultados Generación de las historias clínicas que nos soliciten usuarios internos y/o externos Dar soporte y generar los informes solicitados por la corporación en cadauna de sus terapias (TRR Crónico-Pre diálisis-CSR) de manera veraz y oportuna. Auditoría del correcto funcionamiento de la interfaz entre la historia clínica y el sistema del laboratorio clínico. Definir y ejecutar el procedimiento de inactivación de usuarios o cambio de rol dentro de la organización aumentando el nivel de seguridad y control de accesos a la aplicación. Definir el ciclo de vida de los perfiles del usuario que acceden a la aplicación así como el procedimiento de creación de usuarios por ingreso a la compañía o cambio de rol en Versia Validar la información obtenida de la herramienta (Versia) para cada una de las variables clínicas. Realizar la parametrización, mantenimiento y soporte del software (Versia) Realizar en conjunto con IT la definición y respuestas a las solicitudes clínicas y ajustes en la estructura de los informes a generar. Mantener una comunicación efectiva con el área operativa y asistencial de la Red RTS. Mantener actualizados los ítems de las tablas de información en el software de historia clínica. Dar cumplimiento a la normatividad vigente frente a temas de salud, ambiente y seguridad; participando y aportando activamente en programas implementados por la compañía.

Profesional en Ingeniero de sistemas / ingeniero Industrial titulado.

Con Experiencia mínima de cuatro años en manejando bases de datos

Con conocimientos:

Manejo avanzado de bases de datos Alteryx y/o Python, Power BI, Excel, Access y SQL (avanzado). Deseable conocimientos en ETL y automatización de Procesos
