Tu principal misión será:

1. Configurar y gestionar los aspectos generales de Office 365, como las licencias, usuarios, grupos, políticas, Identidades en Entra y Dominio on premise.

2. Proteger los datos y los dispositivos de los usuarios frente a amenazas internas y externas, mediante el uso de herramientas como Microsoft Defender, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, bitlocker, Azure Arc y Microsoft Cloud App Security.

3. Facilitar el trabajo en equipo y la comunicación entre los usuarios, gestionando herramientas como Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive y Outlook.

4. Optimizar el rendimiento y la eficiencia de los usuarios, mediante el uso de aplicaciones como Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote y Viva.

5. Aplicar conceptos de Zero trust para la implementación de nuevas herramientas de seguridad.

6. Apoyar el portafolio de iniciativas y proyectos de las soluciones enfocadas a la productividad y mejoramiento de la postura de seguridad haciendo uso de la suite de Microsoft.

7. Atender los incidentes y problemas, buscando la solución y causa raíz de estos, con el fin de evitarlos (Colaboración y seguridad principalmente en plataforma Microsoft).

8. Aplicar las recomendaciones de seguridad que Microsoft recomienda para garantizar el objetivo del score de seguridad propuesto.

9. Diseminar conocimiento para el equipo de IT y/o otras áreas técnicas, siempre que esto fuera necesario, creando y mejorando métodos que involucren nuevas tecnologías, automatización de scripts de implementación para nuevos ambientes, integración con diversas plataformas.

10. Dar soporte a los usuarios en el uso de aplicaciones y brindar soluciones sobre plataformas Windows.

11. Configurar y administrar los sistemas operativos de servidores Windows, haciendo uso de PowerShell y herramientas nativas.

Requisitos para el rol:

Graduado universitario en el grado de bachillerato o Licenciatura, de Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Electrónica, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería Telemática, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática o afines. Experiencia de 5 años en posiciones relacionadas (como especialista). Acreditado y/o certificado en seguridad de Microsoft (certificaciones relacionadas con Microsoft Security - SC). Cursos especializados en la administración de Office 365, Plataforma Microsoft On premise y/o Azure.  Experiencia implementando proyectos de Zero trust y seguridad perimetral en plataformas de Microsoft. Manejo de herramientas SIEM. Inglés intermedio deseable.
