Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM COL Time
Work Setup: Remote (Bogotá and Medellín)


Guardian Duties: Your Vital Tasks as a Remote Security Consultant

  • Assist senior consultants in performing documentation review and updating policies and procedures.
  • Review and analyze controls and evidence to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Support project management activities, including task tracking and status reporting.
  • Maintain and update project documentation and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.
  • Help prepare for and support audit and certification processes.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of compliance and security frameworks.
  • Track and manage tasks and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Continuously learn from senior consultants to develop expertise and advance within the role.

RequirementsEssential Shields: Qualifications Required for Success
  • English Level: B2-C1
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated business and technology acumen
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience solving real business problems
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Experience working with and/or supporting a team
  • Ability to work across industries, roles, functions, and technologies

Preferred Education:

  • Systems Engineer or Cybersecurity preferred

Tech Stack:

  • Relevant Cloud and Network Certifications: CCNA, AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
  • Relevant Cybersecurity, Systems, or Networking Certifications: CC, CEH, CompTIA Security+, GISF, GSEC, SSCP, ISACA Cybersecurity Fundamentals Certificate
  • Experience across our service offerings
  • GDPR

Additional Certifications are a Plus.
