Support the Sales team in gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition Ensure delivery processes are efficient, aligned with customer process and needs, and cost effective Evaluate incoming requests Approve planned budget report with Account Director Perform initial scoping, and analyse incoming requests for completeness for the production (using standards of tech task etc.) Manage customer expectations, monitor, and increase client satisfaction Manage request changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs Perform risk management Perform priority management Closely cooperate Account Manager to provide technical and quality expertise for the customer Growth and develop customer's channels Gather customer's evaluation of delivery service Improve quality of delivery service
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience as a Delivery manager (Product Owner, Project Management or Business Analysis) Strong communication skills Good sales skill set Quick thinking and ability to deal with a high volume of quick projects Desire to learn new technologies, deep dive into details, and troubleshoot the problems Fluency in English, both written and spoken Experience in managing/coordinating Web development projects Understanding the business policies and procedures Technical background Experience with an account/project management tools, like Jira, MS Office, CRMs What we provide: We understand that our team members are essential to making our goals a reality, so we value and empower them to share their vision.
