What you need to know about this position:
Mantenimiento y actualización de la agenda de Onboardings para Colombia de nómina, beneficios, HSE (Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente) y PEX (People Experience). Revisión exhaustiva de la documentación de ingresos de nuevos empleados. A través de ña verificación de la completitud y precisión de los documentos requeridos. Garantía de cumplimiento con las políticas y procedimientos internos y externos. Comunicación con los empleados y departamentos relevantes para resolver cualquier discrepancia o inquietud Registro y archivo adecuado de la documentación revisada para referencia futura. Coordinación y gestión del proceso de inscripción de nuevos empleados en la seguridad social en Colombia a través de la recopilación y verificación de la documentación requerida para la afiliación a EPS (Entidades Promotoras de Salud) y ARL (Administradoras de Riesgos Laborales). Cumplimiento de los requisitos y plazos establecidos por las entidades de seguridad social. Comunicación con los empleados para proporcionar orientación y apoyo durante el proceso de inscripción. Seguimiento para garantizar que todos los empleados estén debidamente afiliados y recibiendo los beneficios correspondientes.What extra ingredients you will bring:
