Position Overview:

We are seeking a detailed and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Medellín. This person will interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate on strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering data from various sources such as Google / Excel spreadsheets and other report sources (HubSpot, Hubstaff, Quickbooks Online).
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and correlations that can help solve business problems or improve processes.
  • Presenting findings visually through charts, graphs, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.
  • Preparing reports and summaries of analysis results, often including recommendations for business actions based on the data.
  • Using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Google Looker Studio, HubSpot, Hubstaff, Quickbooks Online, Fathom, Figma, etc.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a data analyst role or similar role
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Figma, Google Looker Studio, or similar.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques for data analysis.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
