**What are we looking for?**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced **Business Data Analyst** to join our team and contribute to our data-driven decision-making processes.

As a **Business Data Analyst,** you will be responsible for managing business data, creating insightful reports, and supporting decision-making processes. You will leverage your technical expertise and analytical skills to extract, consolidate, and analyze data to deliver valuable insights that drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**:

- Extract and consolidate data from various sources.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure the accuracy of data sets.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to automate data processing.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power Apps, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
- Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making.
- Provide ad-hoc data queries and reporting as requested by stakeholders.
- **Power Apps Development**:

- Develop and maintain Power Apps to streamline business processes and improve data accessibility.
- **Project Tracking and Management**:

- Track and report the progress of data projects using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of data projects.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all project deliverables are met.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Liaise with various departments to understand their data needs and provide customized solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present data findings and recommendations.
- Train and support business users on data tools and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying.
- Strong experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps development.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least a B2 level in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in data analysis or business intelligence (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis.

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Accuracy and timeliness of data reports and dashboards.
- User satisfaction with Power Apps and data tools.
- Efficiency and effectiveness of data processing and ETL pipelines.
- Successful completion of data projects within deadlines.
- Stakeholder feedback and collaboration effectiveness.
