What success looks like in this role:
Administrar y gestionar las bases de datos de Oracle, incluyendo Oracle Exadata, cubriendo instalación, configuración, mantenimiento y soporte. Asegurar la integridad y seguridad de los datos implementando políticas de acceso, respaldos y procedimientos de recuperación. Optimizar el desempeño de las bases de datos a través de consultas de análisis, ajustes de index y optimización de consultas. Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo de aplicaciones para diseñar esquemas de bases de datos eficientes y asegurar la escalabilidad de la información. Llevar a cabo actualizaciones de software y parches según sea necesario en las bases de datos. Monitorear recursos de uso de las bases de datos y planear la capacidad para acomodarse a futuros crecimientos. Crear y mantener documentación técnica detallada de los sistemas de bases de datos. Brindar L2 y L3 de soporte para problemas relacionados con las bases de datos, incluyendo resolución de tickets y escalación cuando sea necesario. Estar actualizado con mejores prácticas y tendencias en bases de datos, incluyendo Oracle Exadata. Demostrar habilidades fuertes en la gestión de clientes y la habilidad de comunicar efectivamente conceptos técnicos a personas no expertas en el tema. Aplicar un buen conocimiento de procesos ITILpara asegurar la estandarización y un desempeño eficiente de las bases de datos. Asistir en el proceso de recuperación de desastres (DR), planificación, diseño e implementación de procesos. Reconocer oportunidades de automatización dentro del manejo de los flujos de trabajo de las bases de datos. Poseer un entendimiento conceptual sólido y experiencia en almacenamiento para sistemas SAN y NAS, asegurando un almacenamiento óptimo de soluciones.#LI-AS2
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Graduado en ciencias computacionales, ingeniería de sistemas o afines. Certificaciones en Oracle, Oracle Exadata, ITIL y Sistemas de almacenamiento (deseables). Experiencia certificable de 10 años en administraciónn de bases de datos Oracle y Oracle Exadata. Experiencia en diseño de esquemas de bases de datos, modelación de datos e indexing. Fuerte habilidad para resolver problemas y capacidad para trabajar sin supervisión. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación hablada y escrita. Habilidad de manejar proyectos orientados a bases de datos y cumplir con plazos de entrega. Conocimiento de SQL (Deseable)#LI-AS2
