What you will be doing
POSITION SUMMARY :
Plan and execute shipment orders as well as their administrative execution according to Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or any other required standards related to customer. Complete all tasks in a correct, timely and cost-efficient manner in order to fulfil and exceed clients’ expectations for them to receive maximum amount of service-quality.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Resolve all Customer Inquires related to shipments, packaging, routes, etc..
Quote to customers, considering local policies and procedures.
Open Jobs and follow up with clients by telephone, email or internet. Order entry within 4 hours from customer’s request, shipment planning, packaging reviewing, temperature controls if apply , Temperature Monitor, Dry Ice replenishment or PCMS’s change , routes, etc.)
Start Jobs on TMS, write and follow up notes as needed, including all paperwork ‘support in order to obtain the ok to send.
Select routing according to customers’ needs by deciding on a single or combination of transportation type (airplane, car, train etc.), and calculate transit times and shipment prices and /or provide intended flights.
Provide detailed instructions to OPS trough established templates. Make sure the shipment starts in a timely manner according to the preparation and delivery instructions and monitor it during transportation; react flexible to any deviation and solve any issue to guarantee de service is finished according to clients’ needs.
Book and pre-advise shipments, continuously check and update notes in TMS and complete Jobs to invoice them.
Works securely with all pertinent regulations (ADR/DGR/IATA) as well as the relevant laws and ordinances.
Advise clients with explanations of services, transport charges, issue or request of necessary documentation for transportation, inform about irregularities/delays, etc.
Conduct Job Pricing, including every single extra charges applicable ensuring the costs incurred by our company.
Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
Degree in International Relations, Transportation or related fields. Full command of English. Excellent interpersonal relationships. Be able to take initiatives and responsibilities. Computer skills.
Conduct Job Pricing, including every single extra charges applicable ensuring the costs incurred by our company.
Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory :
Fully graduated Business, Logistics, or International Trade. 2-3 years of customer service experience in logistics/ international business, transport shipment Intermediate Office and WindowsDesirable:
Courier Operations and Customs/MOH Regulation knowledge. Experience on exports and imports operations of Pharma Industry/Clinical trials, perishables, and cargo air transportation.Language Skills:
Mandatory Fluent English Level (speak, read, and write)MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS :
Proactivity Energy Agility in learning, executing processes and solving problems. Analytical documentation skills. Sense of urgency Polite and kind person Dedicated Organized Attention to detail and care in execution Commitment Teamwork skills and easy relationship.
