Graduate Program Details

  • Position: Graduate Internship

  • Location: Remote

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Compensation: Paid

  • Work Hours: USA Business Hours. Timezone: EST, PST, CST or MST


Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in managing social media campaigns, working on benchmark studies and various marketing projects, collateral updates, and helping with the day-to-day running of the department.

  • Content creation for social media platforms, email marketing, digital advertisement, SEO/SEM.

  • Help in developing the key messages, and brand stories, preparing campaign reports and proposals.

  • Support digital marketing and sales teams by defining and measuring results vs. goals and providing channel and/or campaign-specific recommendations and optimizations to maximize investment.

  • Support team in evaluating product and feature improvements to better meet user needs, product readiness for launch, and communicate the new developments to users.

  • Assist in developing client and executive narratives and presentations, case studies, and content designed to accelerate the business momentum to better engage Kounsels customers and agency partners.

  • Manage relationship with data analytics for accuracy and relevancy, partner with IT, map the future of digital marketing analytics, ensuring alignment with internal systems and security protocols.

  • Projects based on interests: opportunities to prepare release materials, draft communications, design slides, edit videos, build and send marketing emails, conduct research, and participate in brainstorming and strategic meetings.

  • Support team in evaluating product and feature improvements to better meet user needs, product readiness for launch, and communicate the new developments to users.



Requirements

  1. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Please upload ALL transcripts as part of the application process)

  2. Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field

  3. Familiarity and interest in any of the specialty areas (internship, projects, employment):

    1. Social Media Marketing

    2. Email Marketing

    3. Digital Advertisement

    4. SEO/SEM

    5. Brand Management

    6. Product Marketing

  4. Ability to understand business objectives and be willing to build effective strategies to meet business needs.

  5. Ability to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence, and marketing savvy to build efficient and scalable customer acquisition programs.

  6. Familiarity with the technology industry, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric attitude, and ability to work entrepreneurially on a small team.

  7. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills, with the ability to develop and understand strategy.

  8. Excellent project management and English communication skills.


General Requirements
  • Completed Bachelors degree within the last two years or enrolled in a Masters or PhD program.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also contributing to a team environment.
  • Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, quiet, conducive space).
