Descripción del empleo

En Precision + / Bogotá, estamos en la búsqueda de una persona para el cargo de Data Science Analyst  cuya misión será desarrollar modelos analíticos y de aprendizaje automático, utilizando técnicas estadísticas avanzadas y machine learning, para proporcionar soluciones innovadoras que apoyen las necesidades de las cuentas asignadas y del negocio.

Habilidades Técnicas:

Lenguajes de Programación: Experiencia en Python, R y SQL. APIs: Conocimiento en interfaces API. Herramientas de Visualización: Manejo de herramientas como Data Studio, Datorama y Power BI. Idiomas: Deseable nivel de inglés B1-B2.

Requisitos

Estará a cargo de: 

Desarrollo de Modelos: Desarrollar y optimizar modelos de aprendizaje automático y métodos analíticos. Análisis y Presentación: Realizar análisis ad-hoc y presentar de manera clara los resultados obtenidos, alineados con las necesidades del negocio. Articular de Soluciones: Garantizar y defender las soluciones analíticas frente a las partes interesadas, basándose en análisis estadísticos y programación. Calidad de Datos: Colaborar con el Data Engineer para diseñar y aplicar procedimientos de calidad de datos, asegurando el cumplimiento del gobierno de datos. Visualización de Datos: Visualizar y comunicar los resultados de los análisis de manera creativa, utilizando diferentes herramientas de visualización. Innovación en Data Mining: Mantenerse actualizado en técnicas de Data Mining y garantizar el uso de métodos innovadores. Manejo de Bases de Datos: Tomar muestras, limpiar y procesar bases de datos para el despliegue de modelos. Análisis de Datos: Analizar grandes cantidades de datos y pequeños datasets de forma eficiente y sistemática. Cumplimiento de Políticas: Adoptar y cumplir todas las políticas y procedimientos en áreas como talento humano, finanzas, tecnología, y aspectos legales. Capacitación y Desarrollo: Asistir a los programas de capacitación y desarrollo definidos por la compañía. Procesos Administrativos: Cumplir con los procesos administrativos relacionados con el reporte de novedades de nómina y otros trámites internos. Cultura Organizacional: Promover y dar ejemplo de los valores y atributos de la cultura Publicis Groupe, garantizando la armonía y sinergia dentro del equipo. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos, políticas y procedimientos, de la compañía, tanto a nivel local como regional.
