YOUR ROLE

· Develops & implements the Corporate Communication strategy in alignment with business priorities, the Henkel strategic framework and priorities.

· Leads, manages and tracks local internal and external communications programs, Corporate Communication projects and processes.

· Provides strategic communication counsel and serves as an advisor to the local Excoms and local top management.

· Steers local Corporate Communications team in the cluster delivering on global and regional priorities.

· Steers the local Corporate Communications budgets and deploys resources for the cluster countries.

· Manages crisis communication and issues management activities.

· Serves as spokesperson for Henkel in the cluster.

· Ensures compelling content aligned with global messages / strategy to reach key stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS

· Professional in Social Communication, Public Relations, Advertising or similar careers.

· Minimum experience of 7 years in corporate communication areas.

· Experience in internal and external communication strategies, PR and media relations.

· 3 years of experience leading corporate communication strategies or areas.

· Advanced English level
