​​​​​​Position : POWER BI TECHNICAL INSTRUCTOR

Work Hours : Monday to Friday 0600 - 1400
Timezone : EST
Holidays : to be determined
Pay Range : USD 1,500-1,800/per month (the final offer is at the client's discretion and will be based on the candidate's skills and years of experience.)

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. ​​​​​Develop Project-Based Client Training Programs

  • Create project-based training courses to teach clients how to design, implement, and maintain solutions using Power BI, SQL, Azure, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Customize courses and training materials to address specific client needs and technical requirements.


2. Establish and Document SOPs and Best Practices
  • Develop and maintain SOPs based on industry best practices, ensuring consistent approaches to solution design, development, and deployment.
  • Document detailed technical workflows, troubleshooting guides, and solution architectures.
  • Update SOPs and best practice documents regularly to reflect evolving standards and technology updates.


3. Collaborate with the Professional Services Team
  • Partner with our consulting and technical teams to identify documentation and process gaps.
  • Develop process documentation, templates, and checklists to enhance service delivery quality.
  • Proactively gather feedback on training and documentation needs and adjust materials accordingly.


4. Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing
  • Stay current with Power BI, Acterys, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform updates, integrating new functionalities and approaches into training and documentation.
  • Foster knowledge sharing within the company by creating and presenting training materials, technical documentation, and internal workshops.
