We have a modern stack for makers who love to build Our API is built on Node.js, TypeScript, and Express. The front end is powered by React and Redux. Our database layer is Postgres and Redis. The app is containerized with Docker, served by Kubernetes, and hosted on AWS.

We're seeking experienced full stack software engineers to join us

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates, including designers and product managers, to develop and implement end-to-end solutions
  • Utilize your expertise in Node.js, Postgres, React, and Redux to create robust, scalable, and efficient software
  • Contribute to and lead inclusive design discussions, valuing diverse perspectives for critical decision-making to drive product development in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards (we have many of these in place but want your help to improve them even further).
  • Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback, fostering continuous improvement and a culture of learning and growth
  • Guide and support junior team members, sharing your knowledge and contributing to their professional growth

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal English proficiency to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Ability to execute on English instructions effectively and troubleshoot when necessary
  • Minimum of 9 years of full stack development experience
  • Proficient in Node.js and React
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Deeply care about user experience and product quality
  • Proficient in SQL (Postgres ideally), Redux, and TypeScript
  • Familiarity with git workflows and CI/CD practices
  • Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Experience working on (and are passionate about) great SaaS products
  • Experience with collaborative teams using Scrum
  • Worked with remote teams in the past and enjoy contributing to a remote-first culture
  • Professional experience working in Fintech or statistics is a strong plus
