Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team at AgileEngine. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable frontend and backend systems using our tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality software solutions and compelling customer experiences
  • Collaborate across data and platform teams to organize work and create predictability in an unpredictable space
  • Optimize search technologies like OpenSearch or Elasticsearch to enhance query performance
  • Solve complex technical challenges independently or collaboratively
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience building scalable frontend and backend systems
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
  • Experience working on startups with 0-1 type products
  • Experience with design libraries such as Tailwind
  • Strong proficiency in React / NextJS, GraphQL, D3.JS or similar frameworks and libraries
  • Skilled in developing unit tests using a variety of tools such as Jest, Cypress, Playwright
  • Familiarity with AWS
  • Knowledge in search technologies like OpenSearch or Elasticsearch, with expertise in indexing, search optimization, and query performance enhancement
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Upper-intermediate English level
