Puesto dentro del departamento Técnico, que se encarga de realizar puestas en marcha de las soluciones de servicios, sistemas de control y Smart Lighting en el portfolio de Schréder.


Requisitos

REQUERIDA: 

  • Grado Universitario en Ingeniería o Tecnología en las carreras afines: Eléctrica, Electrónica, Electricista.
  • Experiencia de 2 años en roles similares.  
  • Concomimiento en la elaboración de proyectos públicos y privados, estrategias en negociación, y gestión de proyectos.
  • Experiencia relevante en industrias de tecnología de iluminación, telecomunicaciones, sistemas de tele gestión, IoT, “Smart Cities”, RETILAP.
  • Orientación al cliente.
  • Fuertes habilidades orales y escritas.
  • Lugar de residencia: Bogotá, con disponibilidad para viajar.

  • Valorables conocimientos de Inglés escrito y hablado.

DESCRIPCIÓN ESPECIFICA DEL PUESTO:

  • Proporcionar conocimientos técnicos, experiencia, asesoramiento y soporte a representantes de ventas, revendedores y clientes durante el proceso de ventas para resolver solicitudes relacionadas con problemas técnicos de productos / servicios.
  • Proporcionar información técnica en propuestas de licitación, licitaciones, proyectos y documentos técnicos dentro del proceso de ventas e identifica oportunidades de ventas adicionales con clientes existentes.
  • Mostrar los productos de la organización en los sitios de los clientes.
  • Preparar notas de aplicación, planos de ingeniería, especificaciones de producción y modificaciones de contratos para garantizar que se cumplan los requisitos técnicos de los clientes.
  • Traducir las especificaciones del cliente en descripciones y dibujos de "productos personalizados" que pueden ser utilizados por el equipo de desarrollo del grupo y las plantas de producción para el diseño y la fabricación.
  • Colabora con los servicios técnicos del Grupo y con el equipo del Grupo FAE en particular, con el fin de impulsar la comunicación fluida de la información.
  • Dar capacitación al equipo de ventas o clientes.
  • Proporcionar servicios de soporte técnico postventa a los clientes, incluida la instalación, el uso, la solución de problemas, la resolución de problemas y el mantenimiento de productos y servicios.
  • Manejar las quejas de los clientes mediante procedimientos internos, utiliza plataformas en línea a nivel local / grupal.
  • Organizar FAT (Field Acceptance Test) y SAT (Site Acceptance Test) incluyendo la realización y validación de maquetas.
