Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Part-Time) - Latam

Location: Remote (EST Timezone)

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10: AM to 5:00 PM EST
Note: it will take 8-10 hours/week

Job Description:
Join our team as a part-time Virtual Assistant (VA) and play a crucial role in supporting our growing client base As a VA, you'll handle tasks for 5-6 clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Upload data and ensure it's up-to-date.
  • Update analytics dashboards to track client progress.
  • Coordinate and send engaging newsletter campaigns.
  • Schedule newsletter sends for optimal timing, including weekends or specific segments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data entry and management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
