About the Role

The Sales Director Colombia will accelerate the growth of revenues for the business, playing a crucial role in the success of our business.

Key Accountabilities:

• Builds strong and effective customer relationships (inspire through purpose)

• Leads performance to ensure targets are met through rigor in data, insights, and planning (More future back approach) (win through execution)

•Understands the market and trends within it, capable of anticipating. (shape the future)

• Accountable for having simple, few, effective plans to be the preferred choice for customers and shoppers based on insights. (win through execution)

• Craft the right structure and talent in the right positions by hiring and leading talent (invest in talent)

Desirable Requirements:
• Proficiency in English & Spanish.
• Solid experience in multinational companies, ideally with diverse operating models including B2B / B2C.
• Business development experience is a plus.
• Ontrade experience is desirable (or at least be passionate about it).
