Sell2Rent is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seller Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate communication between potential customers and our leads team, ultimately driving sales and fostering positive customer relationships.

Requirements
  • Contact potential customers to introduce Sell2Rent's services and inform them about our unique offerings.
  • Address inquiries and provide detailed information about Sell2Rent's services, answering questions effectively and professionally.
  • Engage with customers to understand their specific needs and requirements, gathering essential information to assist in the sales process.
  • Schedule appointments for our leads team, coordinating with both customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless scheduling.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and assistance throughout their journey with Sell2Rent.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to better serve customers and enhance their overall experience with Sell2Rent.
  • Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, sharing insights and ideas to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
