Hoy nuestra Gerencia de People se encuentra en la búsqueda de su próximo/aDriverquien tendrá la misión de movilizar el vehículo asignado y la carga de los clientes entre el punto de origen y punto de destino, basados en las normas, condiciones y políticas de seguridad establecidas por la compañía y la normatividad legal vigente, a fin de garantizar la llegada a tiempo de la carga.
Dentro de las principales funciones a realizar se encuentran:
Recibir y entregar la carga al cliente o destinatario según las especificaciones dadas por los coordinadores logísticos y dar aviso a los coordinadores logísticos de las novedades en carretera o del vehículo.
Entregar los documentos de viajes completos al coordinador logístico, con el fin de garantizar la llegada de la carga en buen estado
En caso de que aplique hacer la legalización de los anticipos entregados al finalizar cada viaje.
Cumplir con el itinerario del plan de ruta definido por los coordinadores logísticos y organizar con el coordinador logístico el mantenimiento de sus equipos.
Cargar y descargar los productos y colaborar en el descargue de otros camiones que lleven carga de Matrase y cumplir a cabalidad las normas de tránsito vigentes.
Administrar debidamente los dineros de viáticos, con el fin de llevar un estricto control de los gastos.
Mantener la licencia de conducción vigente sin multas de transito
Reportar todas las operaciones sospechosas, casos de corrupción y soborno o cualquier caso ilegal del cual tenga conocimiento y que pueda afectar el buen nombre de la empresa.
Realizar todas aquella funciones que sean requeridas por el jefe y que se encuentren dentro de su área de desempeño.
Haremos Match si cumples con los siguientes Requisitos:
Educación: Bachiller
Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en conducción de vehículos tipo niñera pesados en rutas nacionales, con licencia de condición preferiblemente C3 y conocimiento en control de gastos de viaje, preferiblemente con conocimiento en el proceso de cague y descargue de los productos..
Indispensable conocer de normas de tránsito, cursos de manejo defensivo y curso de trabajo en alturas vigente
