Key Responsibilities
• Monitor the status and progress of shipments in transit.
• Respond to emails in English and follow up on pending communications.
• Monitor WhatsApp groups for updates regarding shipments, drivers, and potential issues.
• Maintain regular communication with drivers, brokers, and the operations team.
• Identify and report delays, incidents, and any issues that may affect scheduled deliveries.
• Keep shipment tracking information accurate and up to date.
• Ensure timely communication of important updates to the appropriate team members. Requirements
• English proficiency, particularly in written communication.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to monitor multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills, including email and WhatsApp.
• Proactive attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in trucking, logistics, dispatching, or track and trace is a plus.
