8+ Years Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Cloud Program Manager to lead complex cloud transformation and technology programs, with a strong focus on business value, ROI, governance, and strategic outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine strong program/project management expertise with a solid understanding of cloud technologies to effectively collaborate with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage complex, interconnected cloud programs and projects across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Establish and maintain strong program governance, ensuring projects remain aligned with scope, budget, timelines, and business objectives.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
• Manage programs using Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across engineering, architecture, product, business, and executive teams.
• Develop clear and effective program communication, status reporting, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Translate technical initiatives into measurable business outcomes, ROI, TCO, cost optimization, and operational benefits.
• Track program performance against KPIs, financial targets, milestones, and expected business value.
• Facilitate strategic discussions around cloud adoption, modernization, infrastructure, data, and application development.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage technical dependencies across cloud infrastructure, data, applications, and development.
• Support resource planning, budget management, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Drive continuous improvement across program delivery processes, governance frameworks, and stakeholder engagement. Required Skills
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management / Program Management, preferably within cloud or technology transformation programs.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proven expertise in program governance, risk management, dependency management, and financial tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong understanding of ROI, TCO, cost optimization, and business value realization.
• Solid technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, data platforms, applications, and software development.
• Ability to understand technical dependencies and facilitate discussions between engineering and business teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects/workstreams within a larger program.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with distributed or LATAM/global teams is preferred. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience delivering cloud migration, modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise technology programs.
• Strong experience preparing executive-level presentations, program dashboards, and business cases.
