Overview 

We are looking for a Junior Atlassian Consultant to join our Bogotá team and grow into a full Consultant within our practice.

You will work alongside experienced consultants on client engagements while building deeper expertise across the Atlassian platform.

Products you will work with:

• Jira (project and work management)
  

• Jira Service Management (Assets and Operations for ITSM)
  

• Confluence (documentation and knowledge management)
  

• Jira Product Discovery (product roadmapping and prioritization)
  

Broader ecosystem exposure:

• Rovo AI (AI search, chat, and agents across the platform)
  

• Rovo Dev (AI coding assistant, ranked #1 on SWE-bench)
  

• Bitbucket (source code management and CI/CD pipelines)
  

• Compass (developer experience and service catalog)
  

• DX (developer experience metrics and insights)
  

• Atlassian Analytics (cross-product reporting and dashboards)
  

• Goals (OKR tracking and strategic alignment)
  

• Guard (SSO, SCIM, data classification, and security policies)
  

• Strategy Collection (Focus, Talent, and Jira Align for portfolio management)
  

• Loom (async video communication)
  

• Statuspage (incident communication and uptime reporting)
  

You will work across Atlassian's four Collections: Teamwork, Software, Service, and Strategy. You will also apply agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and complete Partner accreditations.

Requirements

• Based in Bogotá, Colombia, able to work on-site in Chico Norte
  

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), required
  

• 1-2 years of experience with Atlassian products or completion of an Atlassian trainee/internship program
  

• Engineering, IT, computer science, or technical background preferred
  

• Comfortable with software tools and quick to learn new technology
  

• Atlassian certification(s) preferred but not required
