We are seeking a high-performing Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to support our U.S. operations remotely from Mexico.

Position Overview

As a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing emergencies. This role is critical to our success and requires excellent English communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

You will handle inbound calls, gather essential information, dispatch crews, manage schedules, and ensure customers feel supported during stressful situations.

English fluency is REQUIRED (spoken and written). This is not optional.

Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from U.S. customers in English (Spanish a plus)Gather accurate information and assess customer needsDispatch technicians, vehicles, and equipment efficientlyManage daily and weekly schedulesCoordinate resources and adjust schedules in real timeHandle customer concerns professionally and empatheticallyDocument all interactions accurately in CRM systemsFollow company procedures, scripts, and communication standardsGo above and beyond to ensure customer satisfactionRequired Skills & Qualifications
Fluent English (spoken and written) – REQUIREDMinimum 2–3 years experience in dispatch, customer service, or call center rolesStrong phone etiquette and active listening skillsAbility to multitask and manage high call volumesComfortable working with CRM systems and scheduling toolsCalm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressureReliable internet connection and quiet home workspace

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience in restoration, construction, or emergency servicesBilingual English/SpanishPrior experience supporting U.S.-based companiesSchedule
Full-time, Monday–FridayOn-call availability may be requiredOccasional weekends or holidays, depending on operationsCompensation & Benefits
