- Experiencia:

De 3 a 5 años como Digital Lead, Media Lead

- Conocimientos Requeridos:

-Experiencia avanzada en Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads y Programática

-Habilidad para analizar datos de campañas y proporcionar recomendaciones efectivas para la optimización de estrategias.

-Conocimientos sólidos en definición de estructuras de campañas alineadas con los objetivos del cliente.

-Experiencia en la planificación y medición de campañas para diferentes etapas del funnel

-Identificación de oportunidades para la escalabilidad y mejora constante del proceso de crecimiento del negocio del cliente.

-Habilidad para desarrollar y ejecutar modelos de testeo y A/B con el objetivo de identificar mejoras de rendimiento.

-Conocimiento profundo de los KPI's fundamentales del marketing, como CPA, CPL, CPM, tasas de conversión, etc.

-Experiencia en el seguimiento y optimización de resultados, con enfoque en ROAS y ROI cuando aplicable.

-Conocimiento en medición y marcación de cuentas utilizando herramientas como GTM (Google Tag Manager) y Google Analytic

-Experiencia en el liderazgo de equipos de trabajo

-Demostrada habilidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios y enfoque en la mejora continua de los procesos
