Nos especializamos en soluciones personalizadas de personal y consultoría para pequeñas y medianas empresas con gran énfasis en la industria de seguros. Ofrecemos servicios de outsourcing en nuestras instalaciones remotas, estos servicios incluyen: Back Office de Seguros, Contabilidad/Finanzas, Servicio al Cliente, Generación de Clientes, Entrada de Datos, TI, Marketing, Servicios de Apoyo Legal, entre otros.

Actualmente, buscamos un desarrollador Python especializado en integración y automatización de datos. El candidato ideal desarrollará scripts y aplicaciones sólidas para el procesamiento de datos, centrándose en integraciones de API, transformación de datos y flujos de trabajo automatizados. Este puesto requiere experiencia en el trabajo con diversos formatos y protocolos de datos para crear soluciones eficientes, mantenibles y escalables.

Funciones clave:

  • Desarrollo de scripts en Python para la extracción, transformación y carga de datos (ETL).
  • Creación y mantenimiento de integraciones API mediante protocolos REST y SOAP.
  • Construir flujos de trabajo automatizados de procesamiento de datos.
  • Implementar mecanismos de validación de datos y gestión de errores.
  • Diseñar y optimizar procesos de conversión de datos.
  • Crear documentación para el código y los procesos.
  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales.
  • Solucionar y depurar problemas de datos complejos.

Requisitos académicos y técnicos:

  • Licenciatura en Informática o campo relacionado
  • Sólida cartera de programación
  • Experiencia demostrada en proyectos de integración de datos
  • Excelentes aptitudes para la resolución de problemas
  • Más de 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo con Python
  • Sólida comprensión de estructuras de datos y algoritmos
  • Experiencia con control de versiones (Git)
  • Conocimiento de SQL y conceptos de bases de datos
  • Familiaridad con entornos Linux/Unix
  • Comprensión de las mejores prácticas de seguridad.
  • Idealmente, conocimientos en: Sistemas de colas de mensajes (RabbitMQ, Kafka), contenedores Docker , plataformas en la nube (AWS, Azure, GCP), herramientas y marcos ETL, sistemas de bases de datos (PostgreSQL, MySQL), shell scripting, pipelines CI/CD
