Flywheel Investors is seeking a dedicated Remote Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist with strong English skills. Flywheel Investors is a U.S. based commercial real estate company specializing in self-storage and industrial facilities in Texas.

This full-time position requires availability between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST 5 days a week, with potential shifts during the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). Compensation starts at a minimum of $1,176+ per month (minimum $7.00 per hour) as well as 13th month bonus, salary increases, leave benefits, potential for growth, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Process deal intake, organize lead information effectively, and keep records updated.
  • Research industry trends, competitor analysis, and market opportunities related to leads.
  • Manage CRM administrative updates in HubSpot.
  • Provide feedback for process improvement, implement new structures, and manage workflow.
  • Manage closing processes for transactions and ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Develop and implement lead management strategies to nurture potential leads and optimize conversion rates.
  • Handle calendar management, schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and organize priorities.
  • Provide top priorities and end of day reports by end of day.

Experience Requirements:

  • Philippines-based Virtual Assistant with a 2-year college degree and 3-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in deal analysis, underwriting, and hands-on involvement in commercial real estate acquisitions is required.
  • Proficient in English communication both written and verbal. (C1-C2 level)
  • Strong attention to detail and has excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Calendly.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Freshdesk, and Slack.
  • We have preference over those with experience with real estate acquisitions focused on commercial properties.

Technical requirements: computer (8GB RAM or higher), reliable internet (5 Mbps upload, 25 Mbps download), noise-canceling headset with a microphone, backup internet, and electricity.

Ideal Candidate: Proactive, forward-thinking, inquisitive and has a positive attitude.
