**Lead Manager/Follow-Up Specialist**
**Compensation**:
$6 hourly
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and prioritize incoming leads from various sources, including online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to assess their needs, preferences, and timelines.
- Develop and implement tailored follow-up plans to maintain regular communication with leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Utilize CRM software to track lead interactions, update client profiles, and generate reports on lead status and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales team members to coordinate follow-up efforts and ensure seamless handoffs between sales process stages.
- Stay informed about market trends, property listings, and industry developments to provide relevant information and insights to leads.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize follow-up strategies based on performance metrics and feedback from clients and team members.
**Qualifications**:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in real estate sales, lead management, or related roles.
- Proven track record of success in lead conversion and sales performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management and communication.
