On behalf of a World famous ICT Company- Huawei Technologies, we are looking for a strategic
Account Manager to lead our commercial relationship with Tower Companies.
You will be the bridge between our technical solutions and the critical infrastructure needs of the market.
This role is perfect for you if you fit one of these two profiles:
- The Technical Insight:
You understand the internal business logic of a TowerCo. You speak the language of Infrastructure Managers and have a strong network with technical decision-makers. - The Commercial Execution:
You have experience selling for vendors. You are an expert in managing bids, RFPs, pricing strategies, warranties, and complex commercial terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Management:
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Manage RFPs, RFQs, and commercial requests with precision. - Strategic Networking:
Build and maintain high-level relationships with Infrastructure Managers, Commercial Directors, and CEOs within the TowerCo sector. - Commercial Strategy:
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and warranties to ensure profitable and sustainable agreements. - Business Logic:
Translate technical infrastructure needs into commercial opportunities, understanding how TowerCos measure value.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of B2B Sales or Account Management experience within the Telecommunications, ICT sector or working with Tower Companies
- Skills: Strong negotiation capabilities and financial acumen (understanding margins, deal structure).
- Language: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to C-Level executives.
- Existing Network: Proven relationships with key decision-makers in the local TowerCo market.
- Specific Background: Previous experience with infrastructure vendors
