Buscamos un Data Business Analyst Junior apasionado y con gran curiosidad por el mundo de los datos para unirse a nuestro equipo de Analítica. Serás el puente entre los datos y las decisiones de negocio, ayudando a transformar información cruda en insights accionables que impulsen el crecimiento de la compañía.

El candidato ideal tiene entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia, posee un dominio sólido de SQL, fundamentos prácticos en Python y el deseo de desarrollarse en un ecosistema de datos moderno que incluye herramientas como Airflow, DBT y Power BI. As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Extracción y Manipulación de Datos: Escribir consultas SQL complejas y eficientes para extraer, limpiar y manipular grandes volúmenes de datos desde diversas fuentes.
  • Análisis de Negocio: Colaborar con los stakeholders de diferentes áreas para entender sus necesidades, traducir los requerimientos de negocio en preguntas analíticas y proponer soluciones basadas en datos.
  • Desarrollo de Pipelines: Participar en el diseño, implementación y mantenimiento de pipelines de datos utilizando herramientas de orquestación como Apache Airflow y de transformación como DBT.
  • Visualización y Reporting: Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener dashboards e informes interactivos en Power BI para comunicar hallazgos y KPIs clave a los stakeholders, asegurando que la información sea clara y fácil de interpretar.
  • Análisis Exploratorio: Realizar análisis exploratorios para identificar tendencias, patrones y oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y productos de la empresa.
  • Calidad y Documentación: Apoyar en la validación de la calidad de los datos y documentar los procesos, modelos de datos y análisis realizados.

  • Formación Académica: Título universitario en Ingeniería, Estadística, Economía, Matemáticas o afines.
  • Experiencia: Entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia demostrable en roles de análisis de datos, inteligencia de negocio o similares.
  • SQL Avanzado: Nivel avanzado comprobado en SQL, con capacidad para escribir subconsultas, funciones de ventana (window functions) y optimizar consultas.
  • Fundamentos de Python: Conocimientos sólidos de Python para análisis de datos, especialmente con librerías como Pandas y NumPy.
  • Habilidades Analíticas: Fuerte capacidad analítica, pensamiento crítico y habilidad para resolver problemas de forma estructurada.
  • Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita para presentar resultados complejos de manera sencilla.
