8:30 am - 5:30 pm, 5 days per week, with flexibility to work on weekends.
Role Overview:
In this role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide variety of high-volume retail-focused roles, including sales associates, merchandisers, and more. You'll partner with U.S. hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver creative recruiting strategies that ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
What You'll Do:
1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
2. Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and more.
3. Conduct resume reviews and phone interviews to identify top talent.
4. Collaborate with U.S. hiring managers to align on staffing needs and candidate pipelines.
5. Build and maintain talent pools for both seasonal and ongoing hiring needs.
6. Maintain accurate data in the ATS, ensuring compliance and reliable hiring metrics.
7. Partner with HR to guarantee a smooth onboarding experience.
What We're Looking For:
1. Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills.
2. Previous experience recruiting for sales, retail, or merchandising roles is a plus.
3. Ability to juggle multiple requisitions and candidates while keeping attention to detail.
4. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
6. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
7. Team player who works collaboratively with HR and recruitment peers.
