The Customer Service Representative will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring high-quality support and seamless interactions. You will handle inquiries through multiple channels, resolve concerns efficiently, and build lasting relationships with clients. This role is ideal for a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and enjoys helping people succeed. Accountabilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and instant messages to address customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update accounts, and file necessary documentation.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Proactively engage customers and go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required to support the team and overall operations.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B setting.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal, at least B2 level).
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging skills.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with cloud services, CRM tools, VoIP, and online collaboration platforms.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and online calendars.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, confident, and able to work independently.
Technical Requirements:
- USB headset with noise cancellation and a working webcam.
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
- Primary internet connection: at least 25 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection: at least 10 Mbps.

Salary Package (per month):
- Entry Level (1-3 years experience): Up to $760
- Intermediate Level (3-5 years experience): Up to $820
- Expert Level (5+ years experience): Up to $980
