Parity Homes - Remote
Build the Systems That Power Community Revitalization
Parity Homes is seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented Data Automations Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain API-driven automations that keep our operations running with accuracy, speed, and reliability. Your work will ensure that the right data reaches the right systems at the right time--supporting our mission to transform long-abandoned Baltimore rowhomes into vibrant, community-led neighborhoods.

We are more than a homebuilder; we are reimagining how neighborhoods are valued and invested in. Our small but ambitious team values collaboration, warmth, and craftsmanship. Every team member is empowered to shape systems, solve problems, and contribute meaningfully to equitable development.
