Estamos sumando un/a Recruiter Freelance a un proyecto clave de RPO.

¿El contexto? Una de las Fintech líderes de la región, en pleno crecimiento y con foco en talento estratégico.

Buscamos a alguien que quiera aportar experiencia, ideas y autonomía real dentro de un equipo que valora la colaboración.

¿Cuáles serán tus desafíos?

  • Llevar adelante procesos de selección end-to-end para uno de nuestros mejores clientes en todo LATAM.
  • Coordinar reuniones de kick-off, relevar necesidades del negocio y trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos internos.
  • Gestionar cada etapa de la búsqueda con foco en la calidad del pipeline, los tiempos de respuesta y la experiencia del candidato.
  • Utilizar herramientas como ATS para asegurar una gestión clara y ordenada.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua y proponer iniciativas que optimicen el proceso.

¿Qué valoramos?

  • +5 años de experiencia liderando procesos de selección de perfiles comerciales y perfiles IT. Contar con experiencia en fintech es un diferencial.
  • Buena lectura de contexto y flexibilidad para adaptarte a diferentes perfiles y ritmos.
  • Capacidad para organizarte, comunicar con claridad y trabajar con otros.
  • Una forma de trabajar que combine profesionalismo y cercanía
  • Dominio de Portugués es un plus.
