HomeCare Scheduler Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Fri, Sat, Sun (8am to 8pm) / Mon (8am to 4 pm) PST Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in people's lives? We're looking for a HomeCare Scheduler to help us deliver exceptional care by ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling for patients and caregivers. What You'll Do Coordinate daily schedules for nurses, caregivers, and therapists. Communicate with patients, families, and staff to confirm appointments and resolve conflicts. Respond quickly to last-minute changes and ensure full shift coverage. Keep calendars updated in real time using scheduling software. Work closely with HR and operations to match staffing with patient needs. Maintain compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations. What We're Looking For Experience: Minimum 6 months in HomeCare Scheduling (or strong healthcare scheduling experience). Skills: Proficiency in scheduling software (ClearCare, AlayaCare, HomeTrak, or similar). Strong knowledge of U.S. homecare systems and terminology. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
