Para destacar en tu postulación debes:
  • Ser profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Industrial. Administrador de Empresas o disciplinas relacionadas, contar con certificación en PMP (Project Management Professional) CSP-SM (Certified Scrum Professional ScrumMaster)o Especialista en Gerencia de Proyectos
  • Contar con experiencia superior a más de 4 años Liderando estrategias para Desarrollar e Implementar estándares, metodologías y mejores prácticas de gestión de proyectos en toda la organización.
  • Dominar en un nivel alto metodologías (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Tener la capacidad de adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías y enfoques innovadores para maximizar su impacto.
Tus responsabilidades serán:
  • Diseñar, liderar y ejecutar la estrategia de adopción ágil en la organización.
  • Entrenar y orientar a Scrum Masters, Product Owners, líderes técnicos y equipos.
  •  Liderar retrospectivas a nivel organizacional.
