About the role: We are seeking a Graphic Designer to lead daily creative production across investor decks, presentations, fact sheets, paid ads, web assets, and short-form video content. Because the firm markets licensed securities, the position requires exceptional accuracy, version control, and the ability to design within compliance guidelines.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-driven, and skilled at turning complex financial content into polished, on-brand visuals. Someone who communicates clearly, handles feedback well, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment will excel in this role.

What You'll Do

Decks and presentations (primary): Build/maintain investor and sales decks, master templates, slide libraries, and accurate charts.Webinars: Design CE-ready presentations, promo assets, registration banners, and post-event follow-ups.Sales collateral: Produce/update one-pagers, fact sheets, case studies, event kits, and print signage.Paid ads: Design multi-ratio static/carousel/short-video units for Meta/LinkedIn with correct disclosures; deliver A/B variants.Social media assets: Create on-brand graphics for LinkedIn posts, X/threads, YouTube thumbnails, email headers, and organic social campaigns that support capital-raising and brand initiatives.Landing pages: Design LPs/thank-you pages (HubSpot/WordPress), structure sections and modules for clarity and conversion, place forms, add trust signals/social proof, ensure compliance copy, and perform light HTML/CSS edits while partnering with Marketing on CRO tests and iterations.Digital/web assets: Infographics, icons, CTAs; export web-ready files; support Resource Center and website asset updates.Video clips: Edit short social/investor clips (highlights/testimonials) with captions and lower-thirds.Brand & compliance: Maintain brand system; route materials for FINRA review; ensure data accuracy and file hygiene; prepare press/print-ready files and coordinate with vendors as needed.

What You Need

3–6 years design experience; financial services/regulatory work strongly preferred (disclaimers, BD/FINRA review).Expert PowerPoint (masters, charting) and Adobe CC (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop); Canva required; Figma a plus.Experience designing for social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), including multi-ratio exports and asset systems.Landing page design for HubSpot/WordPress; basic HTML/CSS for light edits; accessibility basics (contrast, alt text, tagged PDFs).Paid ad production for Meta/LinkedIn (multi-ratio static/carousel/short video) with disclosure-correct versions and A/B variants.Video: Premiere Pro for short clips (captions/lower-thirds); After Effects a plus.Strong data-visualization instincts; spotless file hygiene, version control, and print/vendor prep; comfort working from copy decks and wireframes.
