Benefit Analyst

Descripción del cargo:

El rol consiste en comercializar líneas médicas y auxiliares con las principales aseguradoras. Tendrás interacción directa con aseguradoras y clientes para recopilar información de empleadores y desarrollar presentaciones de análisis de costos. Se brindará capacitación adicional para candidatos con menor experiencia.
Experiencia con PEO's será un plus.

Responsabilidades:

  • Recopilar información de censo, reclamaciones y planes de clientes actuales.
  • Elaborar presentaciones precisas y completas para clientes utilizando Excel y otras plataformas.
  • Organizar y enviar solicitudes a las aseguradoras.
  • Gestionar el proceso de RFP, incluyendo seguimiento de preguntas y cumplimiento de plazos.
  • Construir relaciones con representantes de ventas de aseguradoras.
  • Familiarizarse con PPACA y términos/prácticas comunes de la industria.

Habilidades y calificaciones:

  • Se requiere experiencia previa en beneficios para empleados o áreas relacionadas (se brindará capacitación adicional).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Capacidad organizativa, atención al detalle y habilidad para priorizar con mínima supervisión.
  • Dominio de herramientas informáticas, especialmente Word, Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Licencia de Salud, Vida y Accidentes del Estado de NY (preferida).
  • Título universitario
    y/o experiencia equivalente.
