We are seeking a
Finance Analyst
with over
5 years
of experience, ideally in the audiovisual production and/or advertising sectors. The mission of this role is to conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support accurate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making, enabling organizational growth.

Responsabilidades

  • Perform detailed analysis of budget versus actual performance, identify key variances, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management. Prepare and present financial reports to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for annual budgets and regular rolling forecasts. Analyze financial trends and project future performance.
  • Conduct profitability analyses for projects, clients, or business segments to guide the organization's financial strategy.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights for department heads. Support business partners by providing financial guidance on initiatives and projects.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting tools, and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. This may involve automating reports and creating advanced spreadsheets.
  • Partner closely with accounting teams and other departments to ensure data integrity and align financial processes with business objectives.

Cualificaciones

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and modeling, preferably in audiovisual production and/or advertising.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with expert-level skills in Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
