detail-oriented, bilingual Client Finance Analyst
to join a Finance team based in
Bogotá, Colombia
, providing critical financial support to
New York–based client services
.

This role plays a key part in billing operations, reconciliations, and financial processes that directly impact client relationships and overall profitability. You will act as a liaison between Finance, Account Management, Production, and Client Procurement teams, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Billing & Accounting

  • Process and manage client invoicing and billing cycles
  • Prepare and review client invoices for accuracy and contractual compliance
  • Set up and maintain client accounts in financial systems
  • Support revenue recognition and billing adjustments

Timesheet & Expense Management

  • Review and reconcile client timesheets for accuracy and proper coding
  • Process employee expense reports and reconcile charges to client accounts
  • Support out-of-pocket (OOP) reconciliations and reimbursements

Production Billing Support

  • Assist with production billing for client projects
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate cost allocation
  • Track and validate production expenses against client budgets

Paid-When-Paid (PWP) Processing

  • Manage PWP vendor payment processes and reconciliations
  • Track vendor invoices and payment status
  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable and clients on payment timing

Client Interaction & Financial Administration

  • Partner with account teams on billing questions and reconciliations
  • Communicate with client procurement teams regarding invoices and payment terms
  • Respond professionally and promptly to client inquiries
  • Maintain organized financial documentation and client records
  • Support month-end close and financial reconciliations
  • Escalate complex issues to Finance leadership when needed

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
    – required for client communication
  • 2–3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or client billing operations
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Professional communication and client service mindset
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and billing processes
