Customer Experience Agent

We are looking for experienced
Bilingual Customer Service Representatives
to provide high-quality customer support in
English and Spanish
. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls while delivering accurate information about products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English and Spanish
  • Provide information and support related to various products and services
  • Handle inbound and outbound call programs
  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls
  • Gather and capture relevant customer information, assess interest in the client's products or services, and perform warm transfers when required
  • Work on a single program or manage multiple programs during a typical workday
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • English level C1 (advanced) – required
  • Fluent Spanish communication skills
  • Banking and financial experience (Preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Strong active listening skills and attention to detail
  • Good computer and multitasking skills
  • Minimum of
    2 years of experience
    in a similar customer service role
  • Work-from-home ready
    : own equipment and a stable internet connection of
    at least 50 Mbps

Work Schedule & Compensation

    11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
  • Workload:
    40 hours per week
  • Contract type:
    Independent Contractor
  • Compensation:
    USD $6 per hour
    — Increases to $6,50 after 3-Month
