The Sales Coordinator is responsible for developing strategies to exceed targets in units sold, net sales, and profitability, aligned with territorial objectives. The role focuses on strengthening the distribution network and building strong relationships with key fleets in the region. It also involves defining actions that support the company's marketing plan to reinforce Goodyear's brand image and positioning. Additionally, the manager will lead and develop junior sales teams to create high-performing groups. This position is based in Bogotá or Medellín.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, including product promotion, prospecting, and customer/distributor development, to meet monthly sales targets for Consumer and/or Commercial lines.

  • Prepare business proposals that balance profitability for both the company and customers.

  • Ensure compliance with trade policies and dealer advertising, optimizing resources to drive sell-in and sell-out activities.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis on pricing, strategies, new products, trends, and promotions within the assigned region.

  • Coordinate and implement marketing strategies with distributors to increase market share.

  • Lead sales force development and demand planning (forecasting) based on territory and customer needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; relevant experience in Sales may be considered.

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales roles.

  • Background in field sales, preferably within the tire industry or consumer goods sector.
