AECOM's Enterprise Capabilities team is seeking Architect II with experience in design, drafting, and construction documentation to work in our Bogotá, Colombia offices.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.
• Preparing specifications, reports, and related data tables.
• Maintaining liaison with design and drafting teams.
• Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
• Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, independently performing advanced technical assignments of varying complexity within approved schedules and budgets.
• Coordinating technical and administrative activities with other disciplines and departments, in collaboration with the project lead.
• Assisting in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS + 2 YORE of experience in design, drafting, and construction documentation. Proven involvement in building projects within infrastructure environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in transportation systems, railways, airports, data centers, or industrial facilities is considered a plus.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and collaboration with other departments.
• Proficiency in English (B2–C1 level required).
• Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and BIM tools.
• Basic understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and industry standards. Knowledge of American standards is considered a plus.
• Ability to perform technical quality reviews and ensure deliverables meet established standards.
