- Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):_- Be the first point of contact when any visitor arrives to the site- Assigns work and provides direction and ensures that assigned tasks are completed.- Ensures effective and appropriate Community coverage.- Evaluates, develops, and recommends office procedures and practices to senior management.- Ensures that approved office policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed.- Responds to outside inquiries about services offered by the organization.- Communicates with external vendors regarding site and employee participation- Tracks office or program expenditures by recording expenses, alerting the supervisor to budget overruns and unusual expenses and authorizing purchases.- Maintains a variety of financial records such as petty cash fund, purchase orders, and check requisitions.- Provides input into a budget formulation.- Maintains client and program information using spreadsheet and/or database software- Community Engagement activities- Transportation service management- Comply the safety and health code at work with the shuttle vendors- In case, the processes are not defined, support the creation of the process.
- Qualifications/ Requirements:_- 3+ years experience in hospitality- 1+ years of management experience- Occasionally available to work nights/weekends
