Job Description:
Resumen del puesto
Este puesto verifica los anticipos de gastos, realiza los pagos diarios, audita las solicitudes de suministros y codifica las facturas. Identifica áreas de excepción, investiga las causas de las retenciones y los retrasos e implementa soluciones para resolver los problemas que retrasan y suspenden el procesamiento de las facturas de los proveedores. Este puesto realiza otras tareas según se le solicite.
Responsabilidades:
1. Revisión de Estados de Cuenta de Proveedores
2. Contabilización de Facturas en sistemas contables (Oracle / SIESA)
3. Revisión de Información contable para garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de la compañía.
4. Conciliación de cuentas contables
Requisitos:
1. Estudiantes / Técnicos o Tecnólogos en Administración, Contaduría o afines
2. Conocimiento general de MS Office
3. Orientación al detalle
4. Inglés A1 / A2 Deseable (No excluyente)
Grado: 007
Ubicacion: Medellin - Hibrido
Horario: 44 horas semanales. Requiere flexibilidad de horario, el cual puede variar según las necesidades de la operación:
1. Lunes - Jueves 7:00AM - 4:30PM / Viernes 7:00AM - 3:30PM
2. Lunes - Jueves 8:00AM - 5:30PM / Viernes 9:00AM - 5:30PM
