Job Description
Job Summary
Este puesto desempeña responsabilidades de cobranza según los procedimientos establecidos para diversos tipos de clientes. El/La titular influye en la organización mejorando el flujo de caja, minimizando la morosidad, reduciendo los días de venta pendientes y limitando la exposición a deudas incobrables. Gestiona las solicitudes y respuestas de facturación de importación de los clientes. Mantiene un amplio contacto con clientes, agencias externas y departamentos internos en relación con problemas que afectan los pagos. Este puesto requiere conocimiento de múltiples productos, servicios o unidades de negocio.

Responsabilidades

  • Ofrece un excelente servicio al cliente.
  • Responde a las consultas de los clientes dentro del acuerdo de nivel de servicio requerido.
  • Identifica, prioriza y resuelve problemas complejos que retrasan los pagos.
  • Desarrolla, crea y analiza informes de cobranza y cuentas por cobrar.
  • Actualiza la información de los clientes y otras partes interesadas mediante diversos programas informáticos.
  • Supervisa y mantiene las cuentas de los clientes asignados.
  • Presenta recomendaciones para la cancelación de saldos de cuentas.

Requisitos

  • Estudios relacionados en areas en Administración de Empresas o un campo afín - Preferible
  • Dominio de productos de Microsoft Office
  • Experiencia previa en cobranzas
  • Sólidas habilidades de organización y priorización
  • Habilidades básicas de negociación
  • Experiencia en gestión de objeciones y obtención de compromiso - Preferible
