La Oportunidad
Liderar el equipo de la Oficina de Gestión de Proyectos (PMO) en el área de responsabilidad. Apoyar a los gerentes de proyectos en la definición, implementación y aplicación de las políticas de gestión de proyectos e instrucciones de trabajo.

Como va a generar impacto

  • Gerenciar y dar soporte a los administradores de proyectos en el proceso de capacitación einducción para garantizar un desarrollo óptimo de los proyectos.
  • Coordinar, realizar las reuniones de revisión y hacer seguimiento a los procesos deplaneación y ejecución de los trabajos de los proyectos, y presentar reportes de losavances a la organización.
  • Hacer evaluación y manejo de los riesgos y oportunidades con el fin de evitar poneren situaciones de riesgo a la compañía y/o aprovechar las oportunidades para mejorarlos resultados.
  • Hacer seguimiento de las actividades de ingeniería, coordinar los trabajos de ensamble, pruebas y puesta en marcha en los diferentes proyectos con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de los compromisos contractuales.
  • Coordinar los trabajos de un proyecto que involucran otras divisiones o departamentos de la compañía , garantizando que el trabajo se lleve a cabo como está estipulado en el contrato.

Tu Perfil

  • Profesional de Ingenieria
  • De 7 a 8 años de experiencia con proyectos de diferente envergadura, complejidad y forma de contratación
  • Conocimiento en Microsoft Project y Microsoft Excel
  • PMP Certified Project Manager.
  • Conocimiento de clientes y mercado eléctrico (Transmisión/Distribución)
  • Conocimiento de SAP
  • Idioma Inglés. Avanzado
