Desarrollador BPM Bizagi

Tus principales responsabilidades a desarrollar:
Ingeniero(a) con experiencia de 4 años mínimo en automatización y optimización de procesos de negocio, especializado(a) en el desarrollo de soluciones BPM utilizando la suite Bizagi Studio. Con sólida formación en análisis, diseño, modelamiento, documentación y ejecución de procesos, bajo metodologías ágiles.
Capaz de traducir requerimientos funcionales en soluciones técnicas efectivas, integrando sistemas mediante servicios web (SOAP/REST), conectores personalizados y manejo de bases de datos. Experiencia en proyectos de transformación digital en sectores como banca, salud, servicios públicos y gobierno.

Habilidades Técnicas

• Modelado de procesos BPMN 2.0 en Bizagi Modeler y Bizagi Studio.

• Desarrollo de reglas de negocio, scripts (VB.NET y C#), expresiones y formularios.

• Integración con sistemas externos vía SOAP, REST, Web Services, SQL Server, Oracle.

• Configuración de entidades, reglas de validación, expresiones y reutilización de componentes.

• Automatización de flujos de trabajo con notificaciones, tareas, decisiones y subprocesos.

• Experiencia en administración de ambientes (Dev, QA, Prod) y despliegue de procesos.

• Conocimientos básicos de .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS para personalizaciones.

• Análisis, Diseño y Programación Orientada a Objetos.

• Conocimiento en Bizagi Cloud.

• Planificación e implementación estrategias de pruebas.

• Conocimiento en Marco DevOps, Design thinking e Innovación 4.0

• Análisis funcional de procesos y levantamiento de requerimientos.

• Diseño centrado en el usuario (UX) en formularios BPM.

• Pensamiento lógico y capacidad de resolución de problemas técnicos.

• Comunicación efectiva con usuarios de negocio y equipos técnicos.

• Documentación clara de procesos, especificaciones y manuales de usuario.

• Adaptabilidad al cambio y enfoque en mejora continua.

• Conocimientos en gestión de proyectos.

• Metodologías agiles. (Kanvan, Scrum)

• Conocimiento en transformación digital.
