The Opportunity
We're looking for a
proactive, organized, and detail-oriented person
who enjoys solving problems, learning new tools, and contributing to smooth internal operations.
You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our leadership programs and ensuring that every participant enjoys a seamless, high-quality experience that reflects Blum's care and excellence.
What You'll Do
- Communication management:
Support participant communication via WhatsApp and HubSpot, ensuring timely responses and alignment with Blum's brand voice.
- Customer Success:
Guide participants through their onboarding process, ensuring they complete each step successfully.
- Payment follow-up:
Support the tracking of failed or pending payments, keeping data accurate and up to date across platforms.
- Live session logistics:
Provide operational and technical support during live sessions and events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Monitoring and reporting:
Track automated messaging deliverability and share findings with the responsible team for adjustments.
- Attendance tracking:
Update attendance sheets and program documents daily, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Email campaigns:
Assist in building email campaigns in Kajabi, aligned with Blum's structure and communication style.
- Community management:
Add and approve participants in WhatsApp channels and community groups, fostering engagement and connection.
- Banner & LinkedIn management:
Process participant banners, track progress in Airtable, and engage with participant posts on LinkedIn.
Who You Are
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Tech-curious and eager to learn new tools (Kajabi, HubSpot, Airtable, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Empathetic communicator with a strong service mindset.
- Collaborative and proactive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Passionate about creating
exceptional participant experiences. - Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and finding solutions independently.
